Aehee Park leads the company’s sales organization in Northern Virginia.  She is an accomplished sales executive known for delivering strong revenue and profit gains in highly competitive markets.  She is equally effective in leadership, employee and program development, and relationship building. Aehee has been with Cox Business for 22 years. Prior to coming to Virginia, she spent most of her career in Oklahoma leading the mid-market sales organization, which was the #1 sales team in the country over multiple years. Prior to joining Cox Business, Aehee spent several years with Lucent Technologies in Atlanta.

Aehee actively participates in Cox’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG) including the Women’s ERG and Lotus (AAPI). She also provides mentorship to others and is the executive sponsor for our local Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity (ID&E) chapter, Rise Together.  

Education holds a special place in Aehee’s heart because both of her sisters are early childhood educators. She values the roles teachers & schools play in society and knows that our future depends on the quality of education of our children today.

Aehee earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma and currently resides in Manassas Park with her son, Ryan. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, all sports, especially golf, and spends weekends exploring all the wonderful things Northern Virginia has to offer.
